swapped my car for Mums new Audi A6 3 litre tdi DSG for Christmas. shes away and wont be needing it . how does this thing get to 60 in 5.9 seconds!!!! its the size of the titanic.
cut my engine cover to fit over the Evom Intake, Also found that it helps keep the heat away from the intake filter and slightly reduces engine noise!
Looks a quality job there - any pictures of how you did it, where you cut & what tools you used?
I followed this link for a DIY and it worked perfect

I only had to cut out the engine mount support out on the MAF sensor side to make it a little bit more accessable, so the engine cover is sitting on 3 rubbers instead of 4, but its very stable and nothing to worry about with that.
I used a manual hacksaw, then sanded down the edges with sand paper just to make the cuts look smooth. did take a bit of time and broke over 4 blades in the process. If you could get an electric saw, it would be a much easier job!
Finally got around to getting my sportlines , arb bushes , top bearing mounts and powerflex dogbone inserts fitted today . No more arb knocking noise and the car sits alot better compared to the prolines . Il get some pics up tomorrow
Took a trip to see Kev at Triple R Composites to have my splitter fitted....genuinely nice bloke and car looks great...happy days
Any news of the Rear Diffuser?
I now have a temporary vehicle with a big thanks to my Dad... I actually quite like it too
