So cars running a ko3s now, after what felt like endless problems with it, its finally on. Big thanks to Jokerman for helping with the turbo and Cuprat for tapping out some new threads for the turbo exhaust housing bolts. Top guys!

Also if anyones needing anything machined in the Aberdeen area I can highly recommend Daval Engineering, after phoning numerous companies to get a quote for drilling out the manifold to suit M12 bolts they were the only ones willing and had the job done in minutes for a brilliant price :D

Been off boost so far as was smoking a bit but seems to have dissipated now, new problem now of the speedo packing up and also the fuel gauge being erratic when cars driving, can literally watch the fuel slosh about in the tank, went right down to empty but no buzzer :wtf:

At least she's running :D

Very nice cupra mate!!
Just wanted to say that your speedo starting to pack up and your fuel gauge going crazy defintely points to the speedo sensor/drive that bolts into the gearbox, had the same happen to my cupra!! Was told it was to do with the two sensors sharing circuits!!

From what I read there easy to breack or knock connector off. It's on the back side of the box so could of easy knocked it when doing your turbo swap.
