After quite a long time there is some progression have ordered a new manifold however the turbo i was going to use has completly had it, so now i have decided on what new turbo to get and will be ordering next week. i am gong for a garrett gtx2867 basicaly is the same as the turbo i was going to use but a hybrid version with a billet compresor wheel can see up to 475bhp but i would be happy to sit at 400, and being a hybrid should be spooled up insanely quick.

Went up to the car today and alex had got me in a full set of competition race vibra technics engine mounts. also my 550cc injectors and g60 flywheel. so as soon as i get the turbo the ball should be rolling pretty quick still to come is forge catch can, helix clutch and remap think i will have to wait for the money for the diff for afew months will be nice to see the difference it will make to.

few pics of things to put on

No you are thinking of an eliminator. Basicly my turbo is like a gt28rs but with a billet compressor wheel that's bigger. Being a hybrid it will spool fast like the gt28rs but have top end power very close to a gt30. I'm hopeing for 400bhp and it will all be finished in 2 weeks, I hope anyway as I start a new job and don't have a company van anymore.

also my 550cc injectors

you think 550's will support your power goals?

For the minute I would say yes I'm still on standard pistons. So mabey when some more cash comes my way and I do pistons and uprate intake mani then mabey bigger injectors. Then try to get the most out of the turbo. But money has run out so just get it on the road for the minute then hopefully have my diff in after the new year.

youll be fine mate :).

That 2867R will be spot on i believe for your car.

Maybe too much power lol , but powerfull enough :D.

I believe 300HP for our small ibizas is more than enough for a daily driver.

More than that and you have to reduce boost to be able to reduce that wheelspin in those twisty countryroads
