They look like the standard Matt bronze I would leave them Matt bronze but 3 of them need a refurb so going for a slightly Differnt colour

I hate the plate where it is but its on magnets so comes off got pulled for it being in the window so don't want fines / or plate taken from me , I have orange hose to fit the air filter etc but I need a metal pipe made up as its a flexi plastic pipe at the min nicks making me one soon ,

I used fly eyes to tint them , wheels are defo next tho getting annoyed with standard wheels lol

Took my solid compbrake top mounts off today and finally fitted the poly bush polo top mounts and top caps

Now the polo top caps eventually pull through so modified the existing golf top cap and used the rubber from the golf also took the 8mm spacers off the front and replaced with 3mm and took the coilover damping back 10clicks

Obv have the forge orange strut caps on top but didn't get a pic

The headlights look great Dan. Really coming together now. I didn't realise Forge did a Washer Bottle cap, so I bought one the other day, so thanks for that. I wisk I'd gone for the Top Mount Bushes that lower by a further 10mm (and the fact that they're Poly), but they weren't out at the time.

I went out in Lincoln last night. Parked the car up in a Multi storey next to a Renault Clio with the number plate M7N UAP... Even that looked the business!

I look forward to seeing the car sitting on the grids

The top mounts are really good there not that expensive so you could always order them no worries about the cap I found them on eBay so thought why not also if you want them anodising let me know will hook you up with my mate

Cheers buddy. I'm happy with the polished finish, as it matches everything else. Anodising does look brilliant mind. I'm putting in an order to PSI-Tuning in the days ahead, so I'll giving the TMs some thought

How are you finding the top mounts? Are they the ones from PSI Tuning?

I have got comp-brake solid ones on my LCR at the moment and I am certain they are the cause of the horrible creaking I see to be getting - so thinking of binning them and buying the poly ones instead

I had compbrake ones before this they cause alot of noise because there solid but they do make the handling alot shaper And more direct ,

Yes these are the ones from psi tuning so far there really good no noise and a really nice ride
