Took the brakes off to fit the 345mm ones.. only to find they haven't given me new brake lines! Nightmare. I take it I need the cupra ones? They should be a direct fit then?

Washed, waxed and hoovered. Ready for it's trip to the stealers for a clunk/rattle investigation.

I did the same to mine yesterday as its in for service, brake fluid change and wheel alignment today.

Told them do to wash or hoover it, and put a note inside the car saying the same!! :censored:

Took her in for some warranty work and quoted the TPI for the bonnet sound proofing while Ai was at it :)

Cheers, but gotta leave it for now as car goes into aks tuning thursday where my engine is getting stiffened also new coilovers and that carbon scuttle fitted. Hopefully new alloys too
Oh yeah, forgot you were having all those bits done!:)

You'll love all the new bits which will at least take your mind off the other issue for a while.

Let us know what you think of the new bits once you get the car back then mate!:funk:

Do you only get this if the cars still under warranty? Whats the TPI number?

For free yes, but you can have it done outside warranty I would assume. Can't imagine it's more than 50 quid for parts and labour.

TPI is 2025865

Got my primed wing mirrors in and sprayed on the first coat of black gloss paint. So far looks horrible! Got the spray from an auto shop instead of Halfrauds and the nozzle is pants!!

Gonna have to sand this coat down and put another on :( Then a coat of clear lacquer and onto the FR!...once it's back
