I put it on top of the filter to hopefully fragrence the filter as well. The only draw back i've found is that the air freshener doesn't last as long as it seems to in the car.
I might try the next one under the filter to see if i get any more time out of the air freshener.

Brakes looks superb, mate! Wanna do mine as well? :p

Oh and I'd easily choose the top ones over the rs4-2's, is it?

looks good mate, keep it up!

Ok on the look out now for a set of 18" LCR alloys and tyres for now, as my current rear buckled Khan wheels are putting stress on the rear bearings (which ive just put new ones on) and uneven break wear and now the tyres on them and MOT is up in 4 days

Managed to get a set of LCR alloys with 3 good tyres for a good price. Ill run these untill i decide on my final wheel choice, if i decide to keep the LCR ones ill treat them to a full refurb and 4 fresh tyres as there running the Pirelli P-Zero tyre which i f****** hate !

Also got my refurbed R32 calipers, bigger then the Porsche Brembos and allowing a much bigger disc but about twice the weight of the Brembos !

fitted new front plate today, fitted some T-Clamps to the SFS pancake and intercooler pipes cause they keep blowing off and also noticed some play in the front o/s wheel, so that looks like the last and final bearing to be replaced :(

Have read this build thread from start to finish loving with what you have done to the car. May have to pinch some little mods you have done.

doesnt this black dashes losse their "black" after braking time ago ?

Not sure if any of that makes sense ? Do you mean the black discs lose their black colour ?

If so then yes, soon as you use them there silver underneath, think the black is just a protective coating when there shipped or an indication if they have been used I guess

Small update. Fitted a fly eyes kit to the headlights, fog lights and third middle brake light. Also made some changes to the air freshener system as when it was going through the 12v solenoid I think the metal was complete changing the fragrance. I've moved the jet to just below the pollen filter in the engine bay now so the scent comes out through the air vents at a touch of a button......should patent that and go on dragons den, it works really well :D

Where you get your fly eye fit from?
