What did you and your MK2 do today?

I finally got round to fitting my Triple R Composites splitter, need to learn how to upload pics from my phone on here

First attempt looks really good dude. I failed soo bad when i tryed to wrap mine lol. Startibg to look very stealthy mate. I'm after the look myself.

Yeah i like the look now just missing something on the front, i think it needs a splitter! However it's good enough for now!

Wher did you get the washer cap and coolant cap from? i hate the standard blue ones

I have a black coolant cap as standard can't remember on old PD but it must be standard on FL model, unless you are FL...

And you can get black washer (I know its red but I like black better) from US VW or do what most do and get some plastidip, mint stuff if used right.

Nah I thought it would be a pain because it didn't come pre drilled like they said it would but I held it in place with masking tape and removed the lower grill and fog lamp covers. It comes with 10 nuts and bolts so I drilled the holes where I thought it should be ok and just bolted it on...I had access to a two poster ramp which made it mega easy instead of doing it on the ground.

The coolant cap is from awesome gti and the red one is my old washer cover cap sprayed. Many people have the problem of the paint cracking on there washer cap so I cut the bottom off it now its just a lid one you pull off you had to hold onto it haha

It would be nice but not sure how Admiral will react when i ask them, also lack of money at the minute too! They won't insure me for a remap from 105bhp to 130bhp!

Just my headlights re-aligned today. They were aiming very low, even when set to zero.
We shall see if they're any better when it goes dark, later.

Just my headlights re-aligned today. They were aiming very low, even when set to zero.
We shall see if they're any better when it goes dark, later.

When i had mine re-aligned i was amazed at how much difference it made!!

Got the keys to my car back from the garage and just took it for a nice long drive around town, sounds perfect. Im so glad after waiting 5 days and a massive hole in my pocket lol

But the bloody SEAT badge has fallen back now so got to sort that out and put my splitter back

Had my car hoovered and cleaned on the inside because it was pretty dirty. Feels awesome now!

Also trying to find any spare wheels to use for a day till my alloys get sprayed glossy black.
