Personally I think the guy has definatly learnt his lesson this time and he should be left to his own devices after all this embarrassment. What he has done is not very clever and posting it all on a public forum is stupidity, but complaining to the mobility company will probably get no where anyway. :/
So then it wouldn't be "your" Leon would it?
MY MUM HAS SEEN ALL THESES COMMEMENTS AND NOW SHE IS WORRIED THAT HER CAR WILL BE TAKEN AWAY BECAUSE SOME PEOPLE DONT OR CANT UNDERSTAND THAT THE CAR IS FOR HER SOLE USE. I USE THE CAR EVERYDAY FOR HER NEEDS ONLY AND ONLY FOR HER

Seems he has been picked up on this before
that seems to contradict your previous topic, here: http://www.seatcupra.net/forums/showthread.php?t=341499
Where you state that you wanted a diesel engine due to YOUR work commute daily, and that you would cover between 10k and 20k miles per year! Surely that is your personal use and not for your mums needs?
if you, and more importantly your mother are confident that you have abided by the rules then you have nothing to worry about. Most people on here pay a lot of hard earned money for what is probably the second biggest purchase they will make hence when somebody gets the same thing 'for free' hackles will be raised. I have no wish to pry into your mum's condition , but your comments regarding the use to which your New car will be put leave you wide open for the criticism you have received. If you wish to leave the forum due to that it's your choice , but will only add fuel to the argument that you are somehow doing something wrong.ok guys thanks for all the digging and to let you know YES I HAVE LEARNED A LESSON AND FOR YOUR INFORMATION MY MUM IS DISABLED AND I I'M THE SOLE CARER FOR HER AND NO ONE HELPS ME.
MY MUM IS FULLY REGISTERED DISABLED THANK YOU AND YES I'M NOT GOING INTO THE FACTS.
I WILL BE ASKING FOR THIS TOPIC TO BE REMOVED AND I WILL BE LEAVING THE FORUM, AS SOON AS A MOD CAN DELETE MY ACCOUNT.
THERE IS NO BENEFIT FRAUD THANK YOU GUYS I HAVE LEARNED A LESSON AND YOU DONT CARE BUT I SUFFER FROM MY NEVERS AS IT IS AND ALL THIS HAS MAD ME VERY ILL. MY MUM HAS SEEN ALL THESES COMMEMENTS AND NOW SHE IS WORRIED THAT HER CAR WILL BE TAKEN AWAY BECAUSE SOME PEOPLE DONT OR CANT UNDERSTAND THAT THE CAR IS FOR HER SOLE USE. I USE THE CAR EVERYDAY FOR HER NEEDS ONLY AND ONLY FOR HER
in a way yes but mum does loose some money and I do as I pay her the money she looses so in away I'm actully paying for it
Motability said:Misuse of the Car Scheme
Misuse of the Motability Scheme is something we take very seriously. We rely on the general public, customers, police, Department for Work and Pensions, and others to help us put a stop to it. Every report of misuse we receive is carefully assessed and, if proven, acted upon. Typical examples of misuse include:
Using the car for crime
Denying its use to the disabled person
Using the car as a taxi or delivery vehicle
Driving uninsured or whilst banned
Sub-leasing or selling the car
Allowing the car to become unroadworthy.
You can report misuse to us either anonymously or, preferably, by giving your name in complete confidence so we can discuss it with you further if necessary. If you want to report something, please use the Reporting misuse form, call us on 0845 456 4566 or email [email protected]
He doesn't suffer from his nerves it's his "NEVERS" !to be honest i think all his boasting about what he was going to do with HIS new car has came back to bite him in the arse, but i hope if there are any come backs from his stupid, selfish comments including on the astra site, i hope his mother doesnt suffer from having a tool of a son, and has for you having bad nerves if theres no guilt you have nothing to be worrying bout....
He doesn't suffer from his nerves it's his "NEVERS" !
as you say, I hope his mum doesn't suffer due to his stupidity, reading his post's on the Astra site he mentions he had to "persuade" his mum to go to the dealers, so how desperate was she for transport? as for 20k miles a year isn't there a limit on motability?
