Alright, I struggled to part with my money on some LED sides & LED number plate lights as I thought they'd error on the CANBUS and I'd have wasted my money...So here are some that 100% work, for anyone in the same boat...
I went to HIDs Direct and tried them whilst I was there to make sure they didn't error, and the following work a blimmin' treat :)

HIDs Direct's own brand LED SMD sidelights as seen here...

I have tried 4 different sets for the numberplate lights and all brought up the warning light and I'm sure the ones u posted didn't fit in the holder correctly.

Didnt even notice this post bud, sorry. Wasnt being rude.
If your number plate lights are 36/38mm festoon (C5W) bulbs, these XTEC ones will fit. Id say give them a try as you can always send them back if they error :)
**UPDATE - they sell ones like these, in the same exact box, but theyre not error free ones. Maybe its those you tried?**

There are some on ebay that are the full light unit for like 25.99, they dont error either, but they're a bit bright for my liking!
