Right, got a problem with the Mrs' GT Sport 1.4TSI..

fuel pressure regulator playing up
there is a write up on here or vwaudiforum about repairs to these
the camshaft posistion sensor probably came on due to excessive cranking of the car to get started

The car has never failed to start so we can count out the excessive cranking.

Any link to the thread on the repair

Camshaft Position Sensor all sorted BUT....

Fuel Pressure Regulator Valve (N276) P2293 - 000 - Mechanical Malfunction..

New fuel filter fitted and new HPFP fitted but the car wonte start :(

Sorry I can't help you, but just wanted to know how you fixed the Camshaft sensor?

I can't found any solution from group VAG official service-dealers

You wont like my reply my friend...

It turned out to be a screw had dropped into the timing chanin causing the timing to chump, resulting in 5 snapped valves :(

we have the same car in our garage today with exact same faults and cylinder 2 valve has clipped (not good )
