recently been getting a knocking noise when driveing the car. its a 2003 cupra r. its mainly when going over we bumps and sometimes when brakeing. any sugestions?

Had a really bad knock from the front as I live down a farm track with big pot holes and the rear bushes of the front wishbone were totally shot. Replaced these this weekend and now its miles better but still a very slight knock occasionally. Grrr !
Remember thinking the front bushes of the wishbone looked a bit worn, anyone think these could be the last bit of noise ?
Have already replaced the antiroll bar bushes and i did the strut tops about a year ago. Noise diffinately seems low down on the car though.
Also I seem to have a lot of engine rock in traffic, am going to replace the stabiliser dogbone mount but am unsure whether to get an uprated one or just go OE. Any thoughts ?
Thinking this could also be a source of knocking if its worn badly enough ?

I would say its the dogbone mount. Go stock bushes, poly ones make for more vibration!
