Hi mate got niki and rich doing it two tuners in Hinckley I use.
Took engine out as was as strip and the dual mass shattered So wasn't much difference in cost in removing both compared to just gearbox.

My engines forged yeah :) how's yours coming along? Be done by the summer?

damn, that sits high..

the turbo-mani gasket, looks like the cheesy multi hole ones? (which fail).... I would'nt use one of them personally.
Are the turbo to mani bolts M8 (backdraft style mani by the looks) - consider redrilling to M10's... 8's and heavy old hot as hell turbos dont go well together

going to be lairy :D

I've gotten rid of heat craply gasket an am going to use the thin metal one?

Bill what's up with the m8's you had Many fail got me worried :(

And lairy is good it's meant to be really quick spooling turbo lots of tuners have got these over 500 in usa but I have allways got my cheat gas to bump my numbers up. I'm wanting 450 then a cheeky 100 shot of nos :)

on GT30 t25 one on BD mani, when used in anger, they have all backed out their m8 fixings..
M10's gave more clamping and have stayed put.

thin metal one with raised crush bump is what I use myself. the one in your picture came in on a BD mani/GT30 and fell apart & blew in days...

Yeah coolant pipes being redirected :) Is this something you have to do much?

Got niki and rich in unit next door at dyno daze making the Downpipe also there is a joiner over the road that's back purged (not sure if right name but adds strength to weld) just ordered a paddle clutch which I no is harsh but will take thE punishment :)

All coming along now :) tirbo is big bill but meant to be mega quick spooling unit :)
