I have recieved this parts so far,

Gearbox, Transfer box, Propshaft, Rear driveshafts, rear Differential with Haldex and rear subframe.

Im now waiting on these parts,
R32 Fueltank, Front driveshafts, Rear Battery box from R32 also Another full Aluminium rear Subframe that i will use instead of the one in metal i got already.

Still Trying to find a Bootfloor from a R32 or Golf 4motion or something like that.

if all the parts come under next week with little luck? We will start the conversion next week and hopefully have it done and running before New year.

Depends on the couriers. Its still christmas so can be some delays.
But as soon as everything arrives it conversion will start

Well i torned the car apart on friday evening.
But ran into some parts that didnt fit so my plan to have it ready today didnt work out...

Im looking after some Arbs front and rear from a S3 or R32. As soon as i find some we can continue with the work. so the car is to hang on the lift for a week or 2 i think..

I got some pictures if somebody wants to see?


Also have to make a decision what Turbo to order.

I have found the awd Downpipe but thats with 3" Vband. The Precision turbos only can come with T31 Vband =2,5" Vband. Have to see if theres any adapters for that 2,5"-3" Vband or something.

If i get a Garret GTX3076 it has 3" Vband ready and much easier.
But i was told that the precision will give more power and less lagg so have to think about it..
