New turbo what shall I get for stag1 K04 std or hybrid?

I am beginning to believe I may need a new turbo.

Can I fit a Hybrid K04 without having to go for intercoolers, exhaust changes, etc?

Will it be of benefit than a std K04 on a revo stage 1?
