Took the plunge and fitted the right-hand version of the Brodit Proclip with iPhone 4 holder.
The Proclip was a 2min job to fit - no problems there. The holder wa a bit fiddly - it has some pretty tiny screws to attach it to the Proclip. Got it on in the end though, but might be worth pre-drilling some pilot holes next time.
I bought the Active Pass-Through connector version of the holder and ran a 2m USB cable (ebay) from the holder to my Kensington LiquidAUX Bluetooth.
Seems to cope well with the relatively stiff suspension of the FR, no excessive wobbling or moving around. Really pleased with it and works brilliantly .
