Poured two litres of coolant into my expansion tank and expecting to lose 2 litres in the next two days due to a leak somewhere!

nah this is more like one trip of 40 miles lol, I've gone through 5 litres in 2 days.

Weird thing is though once its down to just below the sensor for low coolant it doesn't drop in such excess amounts then?

I keep meaning to lift it up and check the bottom of it, doesn't leak until the car has reached temp so could be a split that is expanding with heat?

Also I found coolant on top of my intercooler yesterday so im hoping with that location that its not the radiator?

Well have been considering using radweld but I heard various putting off comments like, it will block up your water ways and then it will overheat again and probs f*** the headgasket because of the lack of flow.

Remove the plastic inner door.
Then you'll see a big metal plate that you have to release and use some silicone
or something other waterresistant sealing on the old seals.

Thats about it.
Rained earlier today and its still dry :>
