what have you done to your car today ?

Took it to garage to have the bearings checked as it sounds like they r going only to find out 3 of my tyres are shaped like a 50pence coin (cheapskate previous owner).

Looked online for some new tyres but still can't decide.

Fitted my "m25ring" sticker.

Gave it a wash, wax, rubdown (black but worth it).
Like a mirror it's so clean

me to. just ordered a electric polisher so if it stops raining at the weekend i might get a better clean.

my wallet is now £480 lighter after a full set of Bridgestone Potenza S001 and having my tracking sorted.

Thanks, tho i'm not sure the gf would be happy with me making more as spent my free evenings making this one.

It will look a lot better once I have polished the lacquer back to a shine

Just had the cambelt and waterpump done today by an independent in Blackpool. Also, whilst the coolant was drained, they fitted the temperature sender unit I supplied, so it's nice to know the temperature guage now works.

No idea of the previous history of the car, so hadn't a clue how long the timing belt had been in -- for all I know it might never have had one, and it's 02 plate with 77k on the clock. Feeling a LOT happier knowing it's been done, anyway.

Not a bad price of £250 all in!

Put on the splitter and added a front lower strut brace. The car is much, much more comfortable to drive now.

Nooo Im nowhere near that good just saving myself a few bob by havin a crack. Just gone very well as it happens lol.

Just washed and waxed the car ready for castle combe (forge day) tomorrow. Pics will be in my rr shortly. I hate it every time i give my car a proper clean, can see all the new stone chips ect
