Well I have to say a huge thanks to Issam/INA. After being forced to sell my SEM manifold due to money issues, I have got it sorted out and at the time Issam said he would do what he could to get me another SEM. He has delivered on his promise and I now have a SEM manifold and 70mm TB back on my car.
At 21psi of boost I had convinced myself that the SEM made little difference to my car. Now running at 25psi, switching from the stock LCR manifold over to the SEM and 70mm TB I can now feel a noticeable difference (I have to eat humble pie here!)! Stronger push in the back, more torque steer on bumpy roads, feels more of an animal now! Throttle response is better with the 70mm TB, when full boost hits in 3rd gear ... hang on tight!!!
Issam also sorted me out with V1.3 coilpack adapters, after not having much success with the V1.2's and 07K 905 715 F coilpacks from the 2.0T FSi. Now with the V1.3 adapters and red 06E 905 115 E coilpacks, with the plug gap set to 0.035", everything is super-smooth and I have 0 CF's right across the board ( I had some 3's before on the same timing settings).
Overall I am very happy with all the hardware, car pulls very hard and very smooth now with fuelling, timing, etc. all spot on. Once the rattly CAT is sorted I'll have it dyno'd at Extreme.

...no really I do. I dont know how it is with the MOT up there these days but when I left UK it was not fun if your vehicle had no cat/emission deletion programs. Here in Canada (and some parts of the US) a catch can is a $500 CAD fine and no CAT = instant impound + fine.
