If this valve was broken - could it cause blue smoke on idle - as in little puffs not a massive cloud? If turbo and rings are not the cause.

But if its been compresson tested and all ok - does that rule out stems and rings?

Yup ive read the thread and now know exactly what to do

Only thing i cant decide on is weather to run the hose into the wing or use a breather filter lol

Might try breaher first and see what happens, im using braided hoses for mine and its quite pricey!

back in the day when i still had my ibiza, i did an audio install guide. even though its clear and easy to follow i still get PM's saying i have blown up their amp or its my fault that they have audio hiss etc etc etc.. everything is 'my' fault.

Down the wing mate, no filter. It will clog up and then the crankcase wont vent properly

Oil catch tank fitted..just to make sure i fitted it properly..

1st i took the pcv t piece out, removed pcv valve from it, blanked it and put it back so t-piece is now just like a joiner...

then i took out "the mushroom thingy" from TIP and blanked the hole in the TIP.

then i reused ruber hose that used to be connected to mushroom thingy , and connected it to the catch can and then just used another hose from catch can down to wing..

i dont have any kind of filter on the end of the hose in the wing cuz air is blowing out from it...
if this is correctly connected there is no really point in the catch can right?
i could just use a piece of hose instead of it and let all the oil and condensation just leak under the car...

hey goood instruction
but i have yet a few question :)

WHERE DO YOU BLANK IT ?
here? (i am a bit blind :-D)

then
this hose, where go in the oil catch tank, where go?
better, this hose from T piece on right side go in oil catch tank?
