Haven't been there for ages. There's a few around here now, when I got my first one there was none.

Wish I had updates for this, but all I seem to be doing lately is fixing niggly problems, but my big problem is my abs light and tcs, which looks like it's the front nearside sensor, that's what vagcom said anyway but it was brand new last year.

my abs ans tcs is always on, but its my offside sensor, literately blew up hahah

Managed to fix the abs fault, simple fix with a £8 abs sensor.

Had a little accident the other day coming off my drive ripped the bumper clean off, along with cracking the grill along the mounting holes it also twisted my intercooler quite a bit.

Managed to straighten the intercooler but ideally I need annew one cause it's bashed and dented all over the place.

Just busy repairing and painting the grill now, luckily the bumper just needs painting, but it needed painting anyway.

This bit snapped clean off.

Repaired with fibreglass, 6" cracked on the other side too.

No logs Joe, haven't got vagcom.

Basically the car thinks the maf isn't connected. All I done was take the ducting off the other week to check another problem I have and it then ran like crap saying the MAF isn't connected.

Also I get the fault code air flow too high on the MAF, I thought this was the flat spot problem but I changed the MAF and still the same.

Ideally it needs logging or putting on a rr'd but I don't trust anyone up here, I am going to ring Jabba today as that's who mapped it.

I have contacted bill, Jabba and AMD hopefully someone will get back to me. I just don't know if other companys will touch it if they need to touch the map, can't afford to have it custom mapped again.

You need to sort yourself out with a VAGCOM bud! You need to go to Jabba for the map to be looked at for sure, unless of course, it's not map related. I can't see how it would run fine then all of a sudden stop working. Sounds more like a hardware problem. If you were closer I could try and help :(.

Hasn't cured the flat spot :(, I am going to get some logs done DPM on here are local to me.

I spent today taking the coilovers off and copper greasing them ready for 4 wheel alignment next week, don't want them seizing up so I like to keep on top of them.

I start from the bottom and work my way up collecting the anti seize compound as I go up.

I also noticed that the OSF ABS wiring is starting to rub through on possibly the drive shaft so a job for tomorrow to tape that up, luckily hasn't went through yet.

No John not yet. Although I really should. Thinking of getting a a Clifford or something on it anyway.

They dont stay sideways for long do they, even the traction control off it cuts in still.

Hold the traction button for 10 or so seconds - turns evrything off - abs traction etc - great for drifting :ban: lol

Well I finally had the flat spot sorted, went back to Jabba and they couldnt get there heads around it so they redone the map and that has cured the fault, so after a year of being down on power it's now running like a dream.

I recently sprayed my bonnet, it had 3-4 chips in it that I wasn't happy about. Had to be done in my garage at home as I haven't got my workshop now.
