yes the car is brand new only got 140 miles on it at the minute, i am going ring tomorrow and really tell them how i feel, that i think for a car that is so expensive its a complete joke! im left without a car, and out of pocket because i have paid for a duff car! and now ive lost every bit of faith in the car so im going be driving it worrying when its going happen again i want to complain but really dont no how id gon about doing it and what id get out of doing it ? just got sit here and wait for them keep looking at my car and scratching there heads

the thing is the ibiza is the only car ive really liked latly and ive been wanting the bocanegra for a while and im just hoping once this is all sorted ill still enjoy the car as much as i have in the last 2 days

would be nice mate, but id just be happy with the car back and fixed tomorrow, feels horrible without a car, feels like your feedom been taken away lol cant go anywhere its actually common what has happened to me, well thats what it says on internet anyway, especially on the audis, shouldda done myself a favour and bought a Skoda hehe

they have told me there going ring me tomorrow when they have final say on what there going to do and how long its going take, and how long ill be without my car, so im deffo going try the freebies route on them lol compensation

I really know how you feel as I was really worried when I heard some rattling in my car but I can understand that your issue is much more worse

Really wish you luck for you to get it sorted but my opinion is that you request a brand new car since it's just 2 days that you had it. I wouldn't accept any repairs on my gearbox after 2 days of owning cause this is not like a 2nd hand car or a cheap one

ive tryed this arguement with them mate and they have assured me that the work they will be carrying out will be to the factory standard and i wouldnt even tell that the repair has been done. just got hope that statement is true :/

tell me about it lol was P***** about it earlier, but now im just laffing it off thinking im glad its happened under warranty and not after where it wouldda cost me a fortune fix, and whilst its in the garage its saving me putting fuel init, so going spend it in the pub instead hehe

Fookin hell, I wouldn't be one bit impressed with that ... as said, I believe you might have a 14 day cooling off period. Just tell them to keep the car and get your money back. 140 miles on the clock and dsg has packed in ... that is a disgrace!
