Went to sort tyres out today, the wholesalers he normally gets them from can't get 215's for a low price so will have to order online.

Anyone know anywhere else apart from camskill, that are cheap(ish). After 215/40/18

I've looked, Ling Long (chinese crap) or Accelera (supposedly crap aswell) are the cheapest at 65-70. I can get Falken from camskill for £75, apparently pretty decent tyres?

Why not buy part worn? Can get really good deals on the bay.

Eg: i've got a set of part worn 5-6mm 17'' bridgestone potenzas with an RRP of £400, but would sell at £150-200 on the bay.

I know what you mean and I have done in the past. But can be hard to find decent tyres for a good price. Plus you might end up with 4 different makes, with 4 different tread depths and they could have been previously damaged, puncture repairs etc...I just say buy cheap buy twice! Would rather buy new, at least they'll last a while!

The falkens? £79 on black circles. Can get "ditch finders" for around £60 but would rather spend that extra £40 all in for better tyres!

Falkens are meant to be a good all-round tyre.

Think Im going to try a set of those next.
