My front left is much worse than that but the right looks ok just a bit dull.

It's more the fact that they've gone orange and in some small spots the paint has come off, if I rub the orange back any thougher I'm worried I'll end up going back to bare metal.

nice work darren as always :). do they do a white carbon yet?

They do White vinyl, or Silver in real Carbon

I booked the car in yesterday for a job I always said I'd never do, Yep she's getting Coilover

The reason I did'nt want to do this was due to the amount of speed bump around where I live, but I know a few others that have lowered theres and had no problems, Also by getting coilovers if it is too low I'll be able to lift it up a bit.
Originally I was going to get the AP kit but after speaking to Shaun and Ben at AmD I'v decided on the Weitec HICON GT kit, They use a composite material rather than alloy on the high adjuster's to prevent them sticking and the use the same springs as KW,

Great choice mate. After owning lowering springs I can firmly say I made a mistake. Get the right coilovers and you can adjust them perfectly to suit your needs!! Mine feels great but want it LOWER!!

As Tom said the car will look complete indeed

Something I have been looking at too but really don't want to loose comfort / ride quality. I just love the way it looks and performs. Be interested to see what you think when they are fitted mate.

I was a bit apprehensive about doing it due to the fact all the other cars I'v had lowered were horrible to drive afterwards, But then to be fair the cars that I'v had in the past had far worse build quality than the LCR and I was working to a much tighter budget then.
Hopefully by buying a decent kit I will get better results than in the past.

Finally Darren, will look really good.

Are you paying for fitting or doing them yourself? It's an easy DIY and you'll save yourself a fair bit of money, then just drive for geometry afterwards.

AmD will be fitting them mate, it's all in the price ;)
