Better now. Like I said a bit earlier I wasnt convinced as the back dropped instantly but the front never. Need to take some decent pics. To be honest I haven't been able to test the new set up yet as I need the Tyres fitted and alignment done which should be this week. Car is alot firmer now but not to the point which is annoying and it seems that I can take speed bumps even better now to my amazement!
New tyres were fitted to the car today. After researching around and getting opinions from many people including tyre specialists I managed to narrow down to two main choices which will suit my needs best:
Seen as the Vredestein's are an utter pig to get hold off (searched camskill, black circles, 4 local tyre specialists) I decided the top choice are the Toyo's.
Had them fitted in the morning along with having the tracking down at Eden Park. Tracking was off slightly................by +7
but then I knew it was after we did the suspension and front ARB work on the car the week before. Have to say the drive to work was lovely. Car always feels great with a new pair of shoes on. Forgot how comfy the car use to be as the Falkens I had before were seriously worn. Look forward to some dry weather cruising!

I got them from Eden Park in Catford. They were able to get them in without any hassle for me plus gave me a very nice price. Good Rims in Crayford also were able to get them
Badger5 TIP, Forge UNOS Manual Boost Controller, Oil Catch Can Fitted
Decided to get a move on the engine tuning regardless of the awful weather yesterday. Every weekend I keep putting it off as it is just crap but yesterday I thought time to get down and dirty............literally.
Managed to fit my Badger5 3" TIP, Forge UNOS manual boost controller and oil catch can system however am not happy with the oil catch can pipes as I totally forgot about the strut brace when I did it so the pipes are being pushed down too much for my liking to allow the oil to flow. Luckily my car isn't running the mad boost levels to cause me too much grief but something I will sort that out asap.
Also got under the car and routed my cold air feed from the fog light area which was actually a pain in the ass. No room down there and a bugger to grip.
Overall it was a painful day, temperament levels seem to drop when working on fiddly bits whilst in the rain
Was at the AmD Rolling road day today which went well. Saw a few familiar faces and met some new. Everyone was friendly and enjoying themselves which is exactly how it should be. Didn't put mine on the rollers as I have a few areas to tie up and only recently had it dyno'd there with the same spec. Look forward to next one where the car will be finished......................hopefully

Car looked sweet.
Sorry to hear about the catch can issue, I'm sure you'll soon clear it up and be happy with it though. Working in the rain is a right PITA but it's all worth it in the end

Yeah Darren's looked sweet as ever and coupled with Maz's shine machine it just made mine look a bit dull. Full detail is definitely on the cards for the summer

Yeah I hear that! Full detail heading it's way to mine too bud. Gotta be done. I can't be going to meets with Darren and Maz too often!!! They just put everyone to shame, lol.
Seeing Maz's has given me the urge to get it done though, his is like a mirror!
