This is coming along nicely, loving the liquid gauge pod you made! Keep up the good work!

Cheers for the comment mate, its good to see you got another LCR.

I've been putting in some extra overtime at work to allow me to try and reduce my ever growing LCR shopping list. The next few mods I'm planning on doing are:

TX Autosport FMIC
Badger 5 3" TIP
Forge Polished Non Resonated Charge Pipe
Forge Map Pipe

I'm planning on polishing my inlet manifold towards summer. Also whilst the bumpers off for the FMIC I'm going to remove my foglights and run a cold air feed to the cone filter, hopefully whilst leaving the DSG intake on for more air:funk: I've also got the honeycomb grilles to fit at the same time.

and hopefully this weekend or next I'll get round to doing the N249 bypass. :D

I think thats everything for now.

That's a nice list of part there, best you keep racking the overtime up! ;)

I keep hearing great things about the 3'' TIP, i dont think you'll be disappointed, I'll certainly be getting one at some point soon. Much like your self I've got lots of little jobs i want to do, it's just having enough time to do them all. I look forward to seeing your next lot of updates! :)

Cheers mate, I've already got ideas for a new one though

I've been the same recently over the cone filter but I think I've finally decided to leave it on (for now).

I'm looking forward to cleaning the car, hopefully this weekend. Got some AutoGlym HD wax off the missus for valentines day:D

Research into EP3 aerial before purchase as we just spoke about, lol.

Let me know how you get on though as I will stick to my OEM one for a while now I think.

Small update.

Finally got round to bypassing the N249 valve today. Followed this guide N249 Bypass guide LCR hats off to Robbie for making it. Really straight forward.

As stated in the guide the dump reaction is quicker and throttles response has improved, there's also more chatter when you let off the throttle.

All in all the bypass gets the  from me. If you havn't already get it done!

I've also ordered a EP3 Civic Type R aerial as I'm trying to get all the cheaper mods out of the way ready for the more expensive ones. :D

Possibly catch can next!

Good job on the N249.

Noticed the same, more flutter but smoother throttle response.

Good going mate, did mine ages ago also. I also found the car to run smoother when giving it the beans ;)

Cheers mate. I've been wanting to do it for a while, I just wasnt to sure on how to do it. I then found the guide by Robbie so stuck the link in my favourites. I've had it there a few month but saying as though everyone seems to be making great progress with their cars thought it was time I started trying to reduce my mod list. :D

Civic Aerial:

It's the middle one. Top ones OEM the bottom one was originally bought to replace the OEM one but I wasnt keen on the look and the reception was awful, it lasted less then a week!

Oil Catch Can:
