gave the car a good clean today after winter, wash, clayed, washed, polished, waxed....and my bro is wiring in the sub and amp, started getting dark so should finish plumbing it in tomorrow

Scoot loves detailing like me so all is good and when you get a remap having a black car is good as the black smoke on the back is not so noticeable!

yeah red is not so good for that! wish i went for black still the back of mine goes the same gun metal grey as my roof and bonnet

nice car though mate I am tempted half sensible with a dash of mental like it!

Got a new shape fabia as a rental at the moment not bad at all, agree build quality is miles ahead of my mk4

UPDATE: Calipers re-painted

after being abused with a wire brush and sand paper

the colour....made up from a local paint store as i had trouble finding smooth green hammerite, (think its discontinued) anyways this is a nice green and cost a little over £5

also while the wheels were off decided to get dug into them scene as they were off and had been abused over winter with the road dirt etc....

after a clay and detar mix

finals (including a coat of HD wax)

what do you use to de-tar the wheels? was giving my parents range rover a wash and wax yesterday and the wheels seem to really generate lots of tar spots, seems that the alloy wheels are not of very good quality, they have quite a rough texture to them.
