Collected her today, has 124k on the clocks, runs sweetly and is in awesome condition for the age!
Body is mint, only has 1 tiny dent on boot. Only other downsides are horrible chrome mirror covers, arm rest lid is broken and the cd player is an aftermarket sony, would prefer the OEM one with the cd changer......or a double din display

Now for some pics, not great, will take some better pics after she's been washed and coated

These chrome ones look like covers just stuck on, so I'll be taking them off, and seeing what's underneath.

Not really looked into the lupo mirrors, will check them out :)

I'm thinking of vinyling them matte black, to go with a matte black roof, but that will be done next year. Plan now is to get it in tip top condition. Too bleddy cold outside to do much else! Oh and working on the ICE :)

arun sorry but that chop, if you have it like that, looks ermm....crap lol

smoothed splitter, badgeless grille? not a fan at all

wheels are awesome, look on ed38, my mate gary gill sold his off his E46 bmw to dan who has a bora (it's up for sale) awesome wheels, but not cheap :( lol

tbh we are now doomed, all wheels are stupidly expensive, I miss 15" wheels :( lmao

haha, I'm not having it like that, I was bored on photoshop so decided to do some random stuff to test my skills lol (wow come to think of it that is well nerdy!)

Its not meant to be a smoothed splitter, colour coded lol.
I've seen a few splitters that look really good, like this one, i've seen another that looks better than this one

Tell me about it :(
I've got a while to wait and save yet though, coilovers come first and can refurb the current wheels for now. If I can be arsed lol

Yeah same, they look good, not sure where to get one though! let me know if you find one.
As for wheels, I really don't want to spend thousands lol, 500 is max lol

awwwww thank you, likewise :p
Will be a while yet though, got my mum and grand dad lecturing me about spending money on the car haha

"Laura the Bora" best name ever :D

Loving the dashboard lights, look a lot nicer in blue compared to the red in most SEATs

Nice car

Tbh 17's are easier/cheaper arun, look good, and you can run a bigger profile tyre, so slightly better ride (try and keep rolling radius the same)

Cheers dude, I can't take credit for the name lol, was named by someone else :p

Yeah exactly what I was thinking, It's what I'm looking for atm, however, my uncle did buy some 18" Audi/BBS splits for his TT, which he's now sold. So I may take them off him if he has them :)

They were these I think....

17" for comfort, 18"s for show :D

I've got a set of 17" TT rims on my LC, and another set of 17" Antera 309's which i'll refurb in the new year. Had 18"s on and found the ride quite harsh, and that was on stock suspension lol. Plus with 17"s you can lower it more on a higher profile, as suj said above, its all about comfort ;)
