its coming on slowly. went to scrappers today and found the gear linkage im after and the boot lid is coming tommorrow in its new colour minus 2 holes. got new back window from kezz (big thanks to kezz and stu), so yes, we going to do a photoshoot when its done. if it looks half as good as yours then i will be happy.

What do you recommend for topping up the wax after a wax??
Tried your groundnut oil trick and it works a treat, my plastics have never been as black.

Wish I had mk2 owners near me so I could do a shoot, but there arent really any within 50 miles of me.

well there is loads of stuff, I just wash mine, then use a quick detailer (got the Meguiars kit in the BOGOF deal with my mate, so was £12.50 instead of £25, comes with clay though too, so great)
but really when funds allow me too, gonna use Dodo Juice Red Mist

I use mostly/if not all Autogylm stuff, but have the meguiars quick clay kit but have the new Autogylm one which Im going to try next year.
Wax wise I use the Autoglym High Definition wax. So Im just after something to top the wax up again after washing it. Doesnt have to be an Autoglym product though, althought they do a detailer spray now aswell.

so you have similar things to me, so wash (2 bucket) then clay, then SRP, then HD Wax? what I use (but megs clay atm, gonna get bilt hammer, as you can use water as a lube
save money)tbh just wash, and use a quick detailer of some sort, Dodo Red Mist is one my fav's (mates all use it, and have used it)
