tbh I was a student for nearly all the time owning the ibiza, no ring trip for me
but gonna be fun going there in a track toy in a few years time, someone say 200sx stripped out, with good power

then I won't be "troddling" along like miss daisy at the ring

When reading your detailing tips, I just really wanted to get some small dints out, a few scratches here and there.. and get things colour coded.. And then start detailing.. AND THEN, get a DSLR camera.. I need long exposure in my life..

Wow old thread lol, I was paying £780 at 20, £800 at 21, then I paid £720 at 22.

I nearly got another one after I wanted a track toy, which was cheap, but they suddenly wanted £1100 at 23 (now) I was like flip that.

Now got a 200sx, insurance is £1k, but with all mods declared (and future ones to stage 1a) so i'm happy with that

Try looking at 2.0 8v GTI's instead dude, save you some money

Well it was nearly 4years ago, insurance has gone up LOADS now.

Try Brentacre, HIC, Adrian Flux etc.

Or really, wait for another year or 2, then get one, also if you do get one, do NOT drive like an idiot, if you are moaning about 4k for insurance, imagine it with 3points on there?

I know when younger you tend to drive like an idiot, as I did lol, but I knew when to, and when not to, now I don't speed, I just go to track days now, saves hassle of points, as it will affect me twice having 2 cars lol

Just ring around, try admiral (or bell, same company owned, but different prices) and swiftcover too?

Yeah Llyr, love that pic of the front on drive (3rd pic that kezz stalked lol), that was just after driving too and back from Ace Cafe meet (london) , was a bit dirty at back, as it rained LOADS on way there, but stopped when there lol
