Near Guildford really, Fetcham (towards Leatherhead/Epsom). It's just easier like that, cos people might know where Guildford is XD

DO IT
Easy peasy to spray your chrome surround black, you probably remember I did it. Quick wipe down with 400grit wet and dry, a lick of primer, and probably two coats of paint. I did it in a day.
As for colour behind the S, it's easy painting, masking it is a bit of a B@$%@*d, but patience pays off.
I have to say, I'm not a big fan of the badgeless grille.
think i might just have a bash at it today then
patience isn't one of my strong points when it comes to the nitty gritty stuff but from my younger years i'll admit i'm quite handy with a can of paint lol!
Saw your car in the Alton Towers car park on Wednesday afternoon Lawrie, it definitely stood out with the SCN sticker, tinted windows and red rear drums!
If it wasn't for the fact I was late and was rushing I'd have taken a pic of your own car just as a surprise.

I didn't get on 13 that day, I've been on it before though. I think it's great first time, but after that you know what's coming and it's not as fun...

If they are genuine white ones, not just painted ones, they must be from an Octavia VRS WRC edition. If they've got decent tyres and are in good nick... £250 is a pretty good deal!
