I got someone coming friday to have a look

and should be picking up new wheels tomorrow/thursday latest, then do a bit of "sprucing" and them rock them, people will be shocked

also everyone needs to get some "California Scents" they retail at stupid prices, i got 4 for £8.99 delivered, got 2x Shasta Strawberry, and 2 x Mojave Mango (gave one of each to my mom)

smell like heaven, and last 60days minimum each, but my mate gets 3 months easily out of one, so £8.99 for the whole year

ask anyone who's been in my car, always smells fresh (just like me )

I sprinkle this glade apple scented powder stuff every time I hoover the car, smells peng!!!!
Then I've got the apple glade aerosol to accompany it.

I'm so excited about the smell I'm going out to my car now to spray it

i'll let you have that, when I got my mk2, I was going to get a 172 or mk2, I picked mk2 for insurance (2 insurance groups lower) and I really liked the mk2 looks better

as soon as insurance is ok-ish for me on a mk1 golf gti, the mk2 will be gone, love them, my mate went to devon on holiday, and just sent me a pic of 1 he seen haha, they all know my love for them

i was taking the mickey at my chap as they blew up the astra gsi ( same as his old car ) and left the golf alone

they had me really worried when i saw clarkson near a clean mk1 golf,i use to have a soft spot for the gsi astra for some weird reason never knew why.

it was probally £4000 worth of golf which i assume is why they left it alone.

cupra.al: yes i cringed mate, but it was absolutely mint, so i thought they might not lol
i would love that, cannot remember if it was a series 1 or 2, i don't like the S1 (it has small lights, looks odd, as the number plate recess part is massive) a S2 i would have all day long

i actually was fond of all the hot hatches, they all have character IMO

but the P**CK who made me go and get them a few days early (as he wanted the D90's) has turned around and basically said "i don't want them now, so here's a sh!t excuse that i can blatantly tell is a bold faced LIEEEEE!!!!"

oh well, they should sell soon hopefully

well they aren't all that, as they are standard, and will be until I can afford to widen the lips (quite pricey tbh unless i get a bargain off ebay/ed38 etc)

they are BBS RM's (AGAIN ) I missed my set too much lol

need to go and find 4 more radius-head M12x1.5 bolts, then on they will go

they have brand new Toyo T1-R's on the front (195/45/15) but Toyo T1-R's on the back are bigger profiled (195/50/15) so they will be taken off and sold/swapped later

gonna take lacquer off lips (splitting them) when I can get time
trying to shift the D90's ASAP, as i borrowed money from sister (as I thought that guy wanted them )

nope, just pure timewasters I keep getting, one guy said he was coming to get them, stayed in all day, he didn't turn up, i rang him, he said "oh I don't want them now" he got some abuse hard!!!

if you don't want them, fair doo's, let me know, don't make me stay in all day

PS not shiny, the lips are dull/lacquer spidering, nothing a bit of nitromors won't solve

just polish the lip, then get 1-1.5" lip front (7-7.5J) and 2-2.5" lip rear (8-8.5")
gonna cost £300+ for lips alone though (DOH) see back in the day when i had my last set, it cost me £190 for all 4 (in mint condition) kinda gutted tbh lol)

na not gonna colour code them
1) i don't like the look
2) resale value will go down loads (like i am going to sell these too though lol)
