I used the same wax on my wheels as I use on the body work

They were cleaned with Megs Gold Class shampoo,
The car gets washed every week so they werent really that dirty, hopefully I'll get a few coat's of Dodo Juice Red Mist on them over the weekend

If your putting Red Mist over the top of fresh wax, let the wax cure for about 24 hour's before applying the Red Mist other wise it will start to disolve the wax

Wheels look sooo good... cars a credit to ya mate!

Battery box update

My original plan was to carbon the just the top of the box and then spray the rest gloss black but I decided this was a bit of a bodge so the whole box has now been covered in Carbon Fibre [B)]

Top after 3 layers of clear resin,

Top rubbed down and carbon added to the front and sides of the box

As always I made up too much base coat resin so I had a go at a spare center consul I had knocking around, Don't know how it will come out yet but it's worth a try.

I also finished and fitted my carbon center caps for the alloy's, they look pretty good, I'll get some pictures later.

because 3 tonnes of carbon will make it faster

Doesn't matter when you have a map that works mate ;)

Right the clear resin coat is on and drying, not really much to show at the moment so I'll get some pictures once it progress' a bit more

Ok these are the part's drying .
They now need rubbing down and smoothing, center consul needs triming to shape then another layer of clear resin a final rub down and then laquireing, so far they look pretty good.
