could do , lot easyer and safer doing them the other way , as most band them with a decent powered mig welder , but as we know mid steel rusts,and goes weak at the sides of the weld, hence id tig them more penitration accross a area of steel ,, mig is fine dont get me wrong and strong and holds fine due to amunt of surface area,,off for 16inch tyres today , so 16s it is lol

i did not understand one word you said...know jack crap about welding (had to do some for uni, some research etc. should of came to you :p)

i think 16's look better anyway :D

right mamaged to fit 225 40 16 on the fronts and rears , extra bit of rubber , and finish the rears off, should be wide enoegh

lol cheers probley a silly idea but have to say there no shakes or woobles at speed , and handle quite well considering ,evern better when a button is pressed for a extra axle o kick in :D

well guys just had a near full day of tunieing (fun day) im up with a safe tunie of 20psi of boost feels ok ,:thumbs_up, ill get a data log pic uploaded to show it , wanted to tunie further but the external wastegate spring wasnt strong enoegh after adding a boost controller ,, only need another 5psi for my goal ,, :)

Brilliant, yeh bet is has been a bit warm in the recent heatwave. Love the way you say you casually added a sunroof, most of us would be scared to cut a hole in the roof!

lol tuck 1h 47mins from start to finsh so easy i was tempored to 2 lol but looked a bit daft basic tools 1 grinder torque screw driver, marker pen and tape measure so easy honstly,, straight out in one lump:cartman:

nah mate it looks spot on. Oh yeah, and i got myself a welder today haha, you inspired me man, im gonna learn how to weld ive got an old polo that i can play with :cartman:
