now with Custom Code/JBS VVT Attack

The car is still how it was apart from now having custom code/jbs's new software called VVT Attack. :D

this is some new software that they are trailing on my cupra r. and first impressions are that its awesome. the car feels soo much smoother and just feels like its wants to rev all the way round alot easier than it used to.

the car feels more responsive and as soon as you put your foot down the power is there and it just holds the power and torque all the way through the rev range.

at the minute this is just the first trail with this and the car still has to go back to jbs to have more tweeks and the timing tweeked. (the air flow reading at the min is 220g/s) then hopefully the car will be going on the rolling road to see if how it feels on the road can match the results that gives.

the only thing i needed extra above all the stage 2 mods was a 4 bar fpr as i believe the injecters were struggling with the 3 bar one on.

car should be going back this week or early next so watch this space to see what happens. :D

ha, well spotted. i can confirm it was done on sat. lol.

I think the map costs £450, i would really go for it if you thought pase 1 was smooth this is something else!! there is hardly any dramma in second it just puts the power down.

Been following your progress from the vvt attack thread under the JBS area on here, very impressed with this still and how it's come along!

Can I ask why you went for the big race forge front mount over the regular forge LCR fmic? I'm ordering mine within weeks(hopefully) and was set on the smaller forge LCR one but hearing you say your suffering no lag problems with the big race one, it makes me think should this be the route for me aswell..
The vvt software must really help to reduce any poss lag I guess, due to it making the power kick in earlier and smoother upto the red line.

And what air filter are you using to flow 220g/s? If your using a panel filter then I'll scrap my idea of an induction kit with 3" cold air feed, and stick to my pipercross panel.

I still think you should get custom code to do logs and get them to post them up on here if they are confident enough that they can get 300bhp from the K04.

I agree. If it's possible you'd think they would market it to all the number chasers?? It is still early days for this software though.
