are they easy to get hold of im wondering because i seen a few but nearly all of them are at silly prices and require work to them any opinions or know of ease getting them

Ive never seen one before but would be interested aswell

reason im saying is because a local moddifying garage is looking into going into the fabrication of them and wants to know the avaliability of the seats mk2s cages as he might use mine as a test for measurments etc but soon as he gets back me with price and style will keep updated

over £500 will not be a 'show-cage' it will be a proper bolt/weld in roll-cage......

'show-cages' aren't worth the metal they're made of IMHO. You're probably looking at £150-200 for a rear hoop......

this is why im asking as i say im not sure so ill see if he does this and what prices i mean hes on about both but i think show is enough for me but this pricing info helps :)

Yea but everyone you drive past just thinks "why"???? Mind you they probably think the same with a full cage like mine lol

a show cage is really to keep fat birds out of the back of your car to stop the exhaust dragging...

personally i do not like show cages...if they have no use then why lug it around? and IMO it doesn't look too good

but then it's the persons opinion, i like my wheels, people might say same to me :)

Like dave said if you really want a show cage get the saxo / 106 one.

I ran one for a time and tought it looked pretty decent.

Brought mine for £50 and seen them go on ebay for cheaper.
