+1. You can see just looking at Dave's car the cage is there for a purpose. Completely stripped out with a couple of buckets in the front, full 4/6 point harnesses and the net amongst other things.
personally i do not like show cages...if they have no use then why lug it around? and IMO it doesn't look too good
but then it's the persons opinion, i like my wheels, people might say same to me
I never really liked them either tbh but after I saw one in an Ibiza thats what made my mind up. Im not exactly going anywhere fast anyway (1.4) so it wont make much difference and they are as light as a feather.
It was after I saw the showcage in your 16v Dan that changed my mind and decided to get one. And I ended up with the one from your 16v
