Mind you Postman Sam, cutting out the slots in the splitter will look good, I've done that! ;)

Washed both the cars yesterday and here's a few more pics of the "garage" with the car going into it.

Your car is looking good as always Dave! I think I prefer it with the 16v spoiler now i've seen it back on. Windows are looking good too. Did the body shop paint the black surround on the rear windows or did they come like that?

I've cut out my lower grille and my splitter :)

Thanks Martin!

Kicking myself that I didnt do it sooner. With the windows I paid extra for the boarder and the front windows to be formed to fit perfect instead of flat. Wanted air tight sliders but wasnt willing to spend £120 more for them lol... the car was left out in the rain and didnt leak but then washing it you could see the water running down but isnt that bad as it goes behind my door cards and then down to the drainage holes.

Get my alloys off next week to be powdercoated and then do some measurments on my rad get a spare rad sent to saxon motorsport so he can make me a better rad!

Once the alloys are back the R888's are going on, get it corner weighted again and then all the track time i can get hold of!

I was definately worth paying the extra for the boarders and the forming, they look good! Like you said, if it runs out of the drainage holes then it's not too much of a problem.

Your car has made so much progress over the past few months! Will be even more of a beast with the R888's on too!

Right since I got myself a doggy and will be needing to tow my Ibiza as the old man is on about getting rid of his Frontera I had to get myself something with a boot for the dog and be able to tow a trailer.

I went up to Manchester today to collect this:

don't know yet, got a few tiny lil things to sort on it.... ticked most of them off the list today but if I was to do anything it would be alloys 20's or 22's, rear dvd headrests and remap.

Auto wipers wouldn't work found that the gel holing the sensor to the windowscreen had come away from the window! Remove the gel stuff and used some silicon to stick it back on and move around so there's no air bubbles and then it worked :)

Rear drivers side electric window switch had fallen into the door card sorted that.

The "5" on X had fallen off when the previous owner had it in for vavleting so fitted the "5" back on.

Just the bonnet release cable is broken so need to order a new one tomorrow, nothing bad but silly like bits but it helped to bring the price down a bit more to and for half a days work it's worth it!
