PCV removal - can this be done? YES! removed + catch tank fitted

I'm sure you know, but your dipstick tube has snapped off and looks like it has been missing for a while , could be the reason for the oil, they are about £7 from the dealer and just snap on, you will need to remove the small bit of orange plastic left there, the pipe for the catch tank attaches to the black pipe that is held in by the green clip, remove it attach the pipe and re-attach.

that large pipe connects to the top of th oil filter housing... bloody lot of oil around there mate... definate split somewhere in there

Ahh thats the answer I have been trying to find out for some time now. Thanks for clarifying Phillc. :)

LOL Sorry I should have mentioned that is a pic I took from September last year. I have since cleaned up the oil mess and got a replacement dipstick. Getting the remaining orange stem off was a real pain and I only did that a few weeks ago.
