Lol looks pointless those spacer! Get the proper turbosmart compact version blow off valve.

i didnt think the tsi twin charged unit could take a bov, somethin to do with interupting the circulation of air before it gets to the super charger

I've just emailed them about it to see if it actually fits or are they just misleading customers.

Both spacers. The 1.4 and 2.0 engines use a similar system where n249 is a solenoid valve mounted in the turbo. The s3 however is mounted remotely.

It's a challenge, no where near as bad as a supercharger coupling, now that was an arse.

yeh spacers are crap, they sound shite nothin compared to a proper bov, so techie was i right in thinkin tht it will be impossible for a bov to ever go on the tsi 1.4

Im sure it could be worked someway but wouldnt be easy thats for sure. The valve is now a solenoid not a vacuum operated piston/diapragm.

As for sounding poor, we shall see.
