Cheers dude. Just did a 650 mile trip this weekend, wheels were fine, backs did loose a little pressure so thinking about getting a pair of 205 or maybe 215 tyres on the rear, little less stretch then...

Also had a strange issue with the traction control. First of all light was flashing continually for about 2 minutes. This was whilst doing 70 on the M6, no ice or anything, so that was strange. Then second this as pulling out a slip road, went to put the foot down in 3rd, and the traction control light again came on. Dry road, and again no ice. After reading a few threads here, it could be down to the fact I have 45 profile tyres on the back, and 40s on the front... I'll see if it does it again...

Also, got 65.6mpg on the way back today. That was over a 200 mile trip :D

Bloody Garage Fail!

Dropped it off saturday morning, for some new rubber on the rear as I had a puncture, and wanted some 205 rears and 45s not 40s up front.

What I wanted doing was the rear tyres put on the front wheels and the new tyres put on the back wheels. Got a call so went to pick it up, all done. Stood looking for a while thinking this doesn't look right... They had put new tyres on the front wheels, then put teh front wheels on the back. This gave me super wide 8" with stretch on the front, and 7" on 205s (normal) on the back. I even had to drive the car at the weekend like that :( So for anybody that spotted my car. I'm not a **** lol.

Anyway in the garage today getting sorted...Hopefully

Some Feb stats as well:
Total miles - 2287
Average MPG - 56.8mpg
Hours spent in car - 69.8

Can you tell I have just found the button which changed to the second setting on teh computer :D

Should have went for more stretch! I know i need some on mine.

Think next time I will go back to 195s. I'd love 40s but they are just far to uncomfy

Scott - I do 60 miles a day commute, then when the company cars are avalible I have to use mine as well, but I knew that when I bought the car and got the job lol.

Adam - I do keep meaning to get down, was busy last week, but march could be the month

i do 60 miles a day too normally, pretty gutting sometimes isn't it :( i can use company cars for work trips but not from home to work :( also because i have under 4 years driving experience im limited to the cars with less than 130hp, which is most of them, fail!

It was fine... They have now put roadworks on the main dual carriageway for around 4 miles. Thus making it single carriageway... Added in some cases an extra 45mins onto commute!

I get to use them to go home if I "need" it the next day, so that's cool, saves me some money :D
Have you told them that you drive a mapped diesel torque monster? 130 of their horses are nothing!

My boss still can't get his head around Porsche wheels on a Seat...

Still unsure about lowering more... Maybe some wider spacers if anybody wants to swap.

only other 2 plans at moment:
- Replace rusty rear wiper
- yellow fog tints

Can't be bothered to do either mind lol.

4 Mods purchased yesterday. Fitting should hopefully come this weekend depending on Mr Postman.

Still need to get a bloody polo wiper!

same I have a polo wiper sitting at home...im really lazy.

Car looks ace with the D90's on...dont pay any attention to what anyone else says.

I get a lot of people work calling my ibiza a girls car..not bothered really.

I do about 40 miles a day...so quite lucky really, but often have to drive to meeting sthat are 40-50 miles away to can really rack the miles up...and diesel used!

keep up the good work...also i'am checking up on your 365 project, i have started mine, got about 14 days worth so far, but havent uploaded them.
