do u think maybe then that my map is standard then the bypass is makin it boost to 12 ish etc ?

had a crap map on my ibiza peak on 0,9bar when i checked the turbo i found out that the dude that had chipped it had adjusted on my wastegate:blink:adjusted it back to where it should be and then got 0,6bar:censored: he had all so made a mark on my fpr and heard from a other tuner that this what someones do make some more fueling.
it`s just a minor tweak to ground pressure.so i got me a ecu with revo stage 2 and mega happy:D

what sort of boost should i be running max on the k04 with what i know standard fuel pump etc ?

The person who is mapping this should know, by keeping an eye on things like EGT's, as this leads to cracked turbo housings etc

KKK turbos get very hot as they are only small units, so any tuner worth the money should map it appropriately

depends what sort of the map the tuner puts on, steady or aggressive. Progressive I would say around 21psi peak which should hold well, or if aggressive, then a little more PSI, but expect it to tail off quicker due to the KKK turbo only being able to flow so much

is that the foam type filter? never been a fan of them (not through results of logging the air flow), but I have just always preferred the jetex or green cotton air filters

both will do the job nicely

jetex one £38+vat for 70mm std maf - on backorder tho till next week most likely

Avoid oiled foam filters like the plague - oil will come out and contaminate the maf
