checked your fuses? one might of blown :)

got to dark so didnt get the chance to but both sides arent working and according to the manual they have their own fuses, surely both fuses wouldnt have blown at the same time?:confused: had rediculous rain today tho massive puddles everywhere wasnt sure if that was a cause?

Are you sure that its not just the old case of "one bulb goes" and you don't notice - then a few days or weeks later the other one goes - then you are really are in trouble? This almost happened to my wife's car, I thought "need to clean the lights" (too mean to waste a gallon of washer fluid) - and was genuinely shocked to find that only one bulb was lit - I had been driving it quite a lot and at night so I'd reckon that being an astute driver I would have spotted that - not so!! I think that it was the O/S one that had failed, so the kerbside was still getting lit up.

This happened to my current car (Fiesta Zetec S) a few months bk. Both dipped beams went at the same time. All it needed was 2 new bulbs and it worked fine.

is a bummer as they were some ultra bright white ones and had been on the car less than a month :( will put the standards back in. now the question is do i go back to some xeon or halogen bulbs again, theres loads of talk on here as to whats best, ive heard loads of makes and brands and that just totally confuses me as nobody can seem to decide on 1 really good set lol :cartman:

Maybe try sticking to Philips or Osram and get their brightest ones, currently I've got the "best" - forgotten their name - from Philips via powerbulbs, I'd expect "bright" bulbs to last at least a couple of years with normal use when used as dipped beams - otherwise it gets a bit expensive and dangerous to say the least.

i changed both bulbs and their working fine now?? although im glad their working im a bit :censored: that the bulbs i had in there barely lasted a month. I will look into some more bulbs again soon but got voices in my head in peed off mode sayin is there any point if they blow after a month lol.
