So, is this common?
Front wipers come on all on there own and keep going for about 1 min. The rear wiper also does it.
Intermittent dash. Sometimes all the dash goes off. No speedo, petrol gauge etc.
HELP

Wipers; Could be a faulty stalk control, faulty relays, water getting into places it shouldnt and creating a circuit....

Dash; Could be a loose/faulty connection on the back of the dash unit, or loose/faulty connection down at the fuse box, bad earth...

quite a few different things can cause these im afraid. just have to get stuck in, pull it apart and see what you can find . Im still chasing my brake/tail light issue!

P.S has your rear washer hose leaked into the wiring? I have heard thats quite common.

Yep mine has leaked and it went over the passenger side bulb holder. It went rusty slightly and I started getting weird things with my lights. Took it out and cleaned it up and its alright so far.

The easiest thing to do is lose the rear wiper!!
