The 912's are more of an all rounder, bit harder compound and longer lasting (I hope) than the 452's.
I changed from 452's to 912's for economic reasons and they're good enough for my driving style, such as it is, and I've not noticed any real difference in performance having come from the FK's, not that I drive like a loon, but the fairly fast & twisty commute to & from work hasn't thrown up any handling surprises.

I see the Vreds are still on offer on camskill! I purchased four a month ago! Absolutly brilliant! Through the corners they stick an stick, just keep gripping! Cant rate them enough... and in the wet there just as good! Awesome tread pattern on the Ultrac Sessantas! Only thing i cannot comment on is wear but only excellent reviews throughout!

Any pics Thackers? I know it sounds strange but a like a tyre to look good!
