Not sure of anyone with them done. You can have a go with any off-the-shelf tinting products though. Some come out a bit matte, but can then be polished up a bit I believe. It all depends what finish you want.
I wouldn't go too dark though as you might get pulled by the rozzers for a lack of light being emited...

just took them there not really turned out to far away u cant see to closer and flash makes it bright i can send u them tomorro or a can try find a car park with light wen am out in a bit

open the boot and there should be a screw?

otherwise take the side plastic out of the boot and you'll see screws

google "removing rear lights ibiza" lol

There is a bit of plastic inside the boot lid that pops out, some screws behind there and take off rubber stoppers the other end and some torx screws behind there too. For the other half the light in the rear quarter undo 2 torx screws and they are then held in by a metal clip, give them a thump pushing them outwards, the first time they are hard to remove.
I tried tinting my rear lights and it looked crap, but was not proper tinting spray, looked good an my mates Focus but cos the FR lights are so light behind it shows up the spray marks. Go for tinting film easier to remove if looks crap as well!

A local window tinter will be able to put film over the top of your lights.

Seen a Fabia up my way with this done and it looks great. So good infact that im going to see him about doing mine. ;)
