hahah...corsa sxi brand new...im shocked how bad vauxhalls are, dont get me wrong its nippy, but there are flat spots everywhere...change gear and the car holds back..seats are hard, steering light..its light years away from the build quality of the LCR...new isnt always better..

wanna achieve the majority of my mods by April time, then the car should be finished and my bank manager will be happy with me then....

Get a corsa vxr R then... 260bhp my son, floating discs, brembo's etc etc etc.

ooo i like the sound of that... if what ever that is happens lol.

haha no mate I was just joking, i don't have any secrets or money!

I'll be needing a cam belt and 2 tyres, that's for sure!

This month I should have:

Neuspeed 28mm rear ARB
LED rear lights (stock lenses)
LED interior lights and numberplate lights
honeycomb grille (with knight rider leds in the intake :rocker:)
S3 strutbrace
Carbon mirrors

Unless I hit the lottery that's it for a while!

1. ATB diff (not sure which make yet, looking at probably peliquin)
2. Stainless braided front brake lines with fresh motul 600 fluid.

Was a toss up between ATB diff and hybrid turbo, decided after much thought to leave turbo untill original one gives me some trouble.
Going for diff though is flipping expensive with labour costs/oil included.

Can I suggest a different differential choice and differential fitting?

£700 for the diff, £450 for fitting to gear box on a pallet

thats still an awful lot of magic modding beans to plow into one component! doesnt the diff need rebuilding every so many thousand miles as its aplate type dif??? i'm still set on the old fasioned Quaif type diff's. no stripping and rebuilding, once its in its in :bleh:

After ive got the cam belt and water pump done im gona make a start with a 007p and filter (got to decide if to go for a panel or cone) to accompany P-Torque stage 1 map. I've got my fingers crossed that will take it up to 210BHP

smothe the aair box and fit a good pannel... dont thing there is much difference (if any but it is cheaper) failing that there are plenty of good kits out there... just depends on your budget:think:

ha ha... its not as bad as you'd think... do it all myself and for the best part i get most stuff with a good discount. 2nd hand isn't ruled out on anything bar the turbo either :)

Doesn't matter, because the spending will never stop:lol:
