Think it differs around the country. I would guess around 400 on average. Make sure you get the water pump changed at the same time as well.

Just called the dealer in Uddingston; Scotland (Livingstones) - £386 for everything including the water pump, VAT etc. They sent me a 15% off letter last month, so once that is used, we are down to £328.10which sounds pretty damm good to me!! (well, you know what I mean!)

Mine is booked in for the 7th jan for cambelt and water pump at the dealers. They quoted me around £350 inc vat.

And you get an extra 10% off if you mention this forum.

Dont you know any mates who are handy with a spanner? I fitted a full cambelt and water pump (bought off Sere Motors for near on £100) in 2 hours and charged £50 - im happy and he's happy!

You get your money back when you sell if you've got a full service history from a main dealer or a specialist or I'd fit them myself.

Exactly!! Would you buy a car wherabouts the previous owner had changed one of the most citical components of the heart of the car?! The only exception would be if the previous owner was a Seat mechanic (for me anyway!)
