I'll be putting 312mm discs on the FR next weekend and was going to just put plain discs on,
But I thought seeing as I've painted the calipers (black) I may aswell get some nice discs to finish the look off,
But I don't know what to get drilled . grooved or drilled and grooved.
what the general opinion ? Cheers

If you want uprasted discs then Grooved and Dimpled ones are the way to go. EBC make them called Turbo Grooved Discs (TGDs). The main problem with drilled discs are, as mentioned above, are it's liable to crack around the holes. Too many and/or wide grooves can make them very noisy under hard braking. This is why EBC make dimpled ones with 3 or 5 narrow grooves. Of course when fitted you should put a decent set of pads on them eg Ferodo or Mintex.

P.S. I have NO association with EBC, but just use their stuff. The alternative to EBC is Zero Sixty discs that Awesome GTI sell. These are grooved and dimpled as well.

Is that Inc vat? Stinking price if so as they do free delivery over £50

if that's the 5 pointed star shape grooved ones then +1 on that

might call em and see what rears they do too if they list the right size
