s'alright Will, it's not like it hasn't crossed my mind - Don't tell anyone on here though, I''l get strung up
Nah there isn't really a reason for it, just might look cool and then badly slow your car down, still, it'd look cool
Martin can afford to lose any more speed as we found out going up the hill after Prept
Did you beat him with your 250bhp??
I'd say we was pretty even TBH even though I was'nt on full throttle, And I was 2 up and a boot of ICE
They are taking long to come. Mind you they look so good that I wouldn't mind waiting!!! Cars looking slick mate. Like the lil tussel you and D.K had after Brands!
Can you get any more mirror cover's Martin ?
Are you comeing out tonight ?
Yeah mate, 100 million dollars MUAHAHAAA
and yes I'll be there
As we determined earlier i've copied/ended up with the same alloys as you.....
tried a one on the car with the spacer before I go and get tyres on them and they seem to stick out a fair bit.... don't no if it's just paranoia!?!?!?!?!? or they look wied being on the jack without tyres on.
What width are your wheels? or the 7.5 or 8 inches?
Thanks....
I hope those mirrors are gona fit better than the ones for the 210 model, some guy on here had them and they were pant's. They look amaizing in the pic though
Yeah mate, they are quite sticky outy
They are 8's
So I'm guessing you've gone for the same spacers as me which is 15's up front and 20's in back?
The rear ones stick out just enough to rub on the arches when there are passengers in the rear, but only with 2 large people. Mine is lowered on Eibach springs.
But they are road legal, sailed the MOT no problem. So long as the tread is inside the arches they will pass. I was thinking I might go for 215s tyre wise to stop the rubbing, but I like the idea of more tyre being on the road and I'm not a fan of stretch, so I'll probably leave them.
I'm guessing if you've test fitted them with no tyres they probably look very sticky outy, so I wouldn't worry they should get better with tyres on.
