Dunno bud the JBS hybrid turbos seem to be VERY over priced in comparison to others... Depends how many miles you've put on the car.

Yep running a JBS04 CC stage 3 and had a cast mani on there since aug,ive only had it RR'd at JKM in portsmouth cause jbs rollers seem always to be broken on JKM's rollers it only produced 266bhp which im a little confused about, and to be honest im not very happy with the whole set up at the moment

Turbo was brand new when fitted and done about 13k i think, ive only done 8000 since the MOT oct last year

when mine was low on bhp it was due to not holdind boost high in the revs, would be good see logs of maf and requested/actual boost..

Was RR'd with complete stage 3 done, didnt have a 4 bar fpr or fuel pump fitted wasnt needed

Cant log it as i havent got vag-com, to be honest it hasnt felt right since it was done, doesnt pop and bang any more like it used to and sounds completly different

Very strange that you didn't need a pump! I needed it for my K03s, but then again maybe my old pump was knackered.

You'l have to deside on what you really want...Have you looked in to the backdraft Gt28 Kit...

As the kit quality is outstanding...as is the service..

I can drive up your way have alot of free weekends doing nothing, take it out for a spin and see what you think and do some logs at the same time? get another persons opinion on the setup

Want to get to the bottom of this so i can decide what to do, could just be me but with a RR print out of 266 im a little disapointed at the mo

It would be a good idea...as ul have it all bar a downpipe..But im not sure if BDM have made a jig for a downpipe...

i reackon if u sold all the map,turbo,downpipe ect ul get around 1,5k for it easy...

Don't sell it in peices just do it as a bolt on kit for the mk3 cupra..sure someone will snap itup..

Sorry i havent replied guys been away with work, and thanks for the help so far. At the moment i wouldnt sell the map as im not sure if this is the problem, i know the turbo is spot on cause its been looked at and the manifold,injectors are brand new D/P is all ok to. everytime i drive it im just not happy with it so decisions decision?
